There Will Be Bagels

The 2024 edition now has a 50k option! The 50k starts at 5:30am at the Shady Grove Metro Parking lot and will run over to Fallsgrove.

The event officially begins at 6:30 AM at the Fallsgrove Bethesda Bagels (or earlier if you're doing the 50k) and takes you on a journey to all five Bethesda Bagels, just like the five boroughs of the NYC marathon!!! The order will be Fallsgrove, Wildwood, Bethesda, Rosslyn, Navy Yard.  The aid stations close at 2 PM so there is a hard cutoff.

After you complete the race the metro will be waiting at the Navy Yard-Ballpark station to take you swiftly back to Shady Grove. 

If you want to park at Shady Grove and get a ride over to Fallsgrove we'll meet at the Shady Grove Metro Parking Lot at 6:15 and drive over to Fallsgrove.

Approximate times from last year:

• Fallsgrove - 6:30am

• WIldwood - 8:00am

• Bethesda Row -  9:00am

• Rosslyn - 10:30am (Rosslyn Metro station is scheduled to be closed this weekend so plan accordingly)

• Navy Yard - Noon
